CloudPerch processes analytics and opt-in data only for configured customer sites. Tracking can be gated by the site's consent-management signals.

Customers control their retention, destinations, and visitor disclosures. Contact support@cloudperch.ai for privacy or deletion requests.

Cookies and browser storage

The CloudPerch website and console use necessary browser storage for secure Cognito sign-in and to remember your privacy preferences. These values are required for the service to work and are not used for advertising.

Optional product analytics is disabled unless you allow it in the Silktide consent control. The current console does not load third-party advertising tags. You can change your selection at any time with the cookie icon in the lower-left corner.
